After a hail storm, almost every insurance carrier will require you to have a contractor inspect your roof for hail.Timely Reporting is a duty you owe the insurance company as a policyholder under your ‘Rights and Responsibilities’.  Most insurance carriers require a hail claim be turned in within 1 year from the date of the storm.
