There are a lot of moving parts to buying a home – the realtor, the mortgage lender, the inspectors, the insurance company and the moving company.  So much time and effort is placed into buying a home – you need a team of people so that it can be streamlined and so you feel comfortable about what is happening.

One of the moving parts to buying a home are the home inspections.  Your realtor will guide you through a lot of the process.  The inspections do cost money – BUT, one of them does not – the ROOF.

We provide FREE roof inspections year-round.  We are the only company in North Platte Nebraska with a HAAG Certified Residential Roof Inspector.

My inspection to you is emailed with dozens of photographs so that you can see the roof for yourself. I can identify warranty issues, installation problems, natural aging and storm damage.

We have worked with every realtor company and closing company in North Platte.  We can provide you with information about the roof that no one else can because Amanda is a HAAG certified – the highest designation in the field.
