Did Your Adjuster Use a Drone?
You turned in a claim. An adjuster came. But, instead of a ladder, they brought a drone to look at the roof. Then you got a letter saying there is no damage.
Sound familiar?
Drones DO NOT show hail damage on roofs. They don’t get close enough and the picture resolution isn’t detailed enough to see fine details.
THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR THE HUMAN EYE
Your roof probably does have damage – that is why you turned in the claim in the first place. The insurance company doesn’t believe you and yet, no one climbed the roof.
We can help. I will come climb your roof. I was an adjuster for ten years, I have an AIC™ from the American Institute For Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (Associate in Claims) and I am a HAAG Certified Residential Roof Inspector.
GET A FREE INSPECTION
We provide FREE roof inspections year-round. Not only can I come look at your roof, but I will write a Scope of Loss on your entire property for ALL hail damage present.
I HAVE THE SAME SOFTWARE AS YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY
I have the same software that the adjuster’s use to write their claim estimate – which is called a Scope of Loss. Not only will I address the roof, but all other aspects of the property, including personal property out in the yard – yes, that is covered.
I will do all the adjuster’s work for them. Using my scope of loss, diagrams and photos they can apply depreciation and the deductible and pay right off my scope.
DID YOU KNOW?
Did you know your flower pots are covered? Your gazing globe and figurines, your rain gauges – those are all covered under Personal Property coverage.
There is no charge for my service – I just want you to have a fair and equitable adjustment on your claim.
If your adjuster used a drone to look at the roof, give us a call.
EVERY SINGLE ROOF . . .
Every single roof that we’ve been asked to look at where a drone said there was no damage ended up being totaled and completely replaced by insurance.
